Graciela Marroquin, 74, of Corpus Christi, passed away November 21, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Guilebaldo Pena and Bersabe Garza Pena. She was born in Guerrero, Mexico on August 10, 1945. She was married to Reynaldo Marroquin on December 2, 1968.
Graciela worked as a cafeteria manager for Corpus Christi ISD and retired May 31st, 2000. She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness faith and had a passion for scriptural studies, a love for flowers, and traveling with her sister and brother-in-law.
She is survived by her Husband Reynaldo Marroquin; Sons: Javier Marroquin, Joaquin Marroquin and Steve Marroquin; Granddaughters: Leia Marroquin and Victoria Marroquin; Sisters: Melba Lara, Bertha Esparza, Kayla Abubaker, and Delia Pena; Brothers: Gil Pena and Guilebaldo Jr. Pena.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM November 26th, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home located at 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX. The Jehovah’s Witness “Talk” will be held from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM and welcome all family members and friends of the family to attend.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 10:00 AM in the Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
