Frank Juarez Jr. 67, went home to his Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 21, 2014 surrounded by his loving wife, daughters, and relatives. Frank lived his life with much love and passion for family, enjoying life to the fullest. He spent much of his time cooking Bar-B-Q and drinking a cold one, watching football, playing his guitar, taking pictures and making memories.
Frank was a "Jack of all Trades, living by the motto," I can fix anything from a crack on the sidewalk to a broken heart" living true to his words. Frank devoted most of his days to his grandchildren, making sure they had everything they needed and took them everywhere they wanted to go. They brought so much joy to his life. Frank was a devout Catholic, donating his musical talent to the Holy Family Catholic Church choir for several years as well as always lending a helping hand to family and friends when they needed him.
Frank Juarez Jr. was born on July 15, 1947 in Nixon, Texas to Francisco Juarez Sr. and Trindad Juarez. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Delicia G. Juarez and his daughters Amelia Juarez, Anna Juarez Aguirre (Ralph Aguirre), Alicia Juarez Lopez (Gabriel Lopez) sister Grace Juarez Escamilla (Luz Escamilla), and several brothers Emilio Juarez, Hector Juarez, Benito Juarez, Roger Juarez, Martin Juarez, Pete Juarez, and his sister in law Mary Lou Juarez. Frank is also survived by eight grandchildren who will miss him dearly, Erin R. Jimenez, Lelaina N. Aguirre, Gabriel F. Gonzalez (Gabo), Anthony Ryan Jimenez, Ariana L. Aguirre, Gabriel A. Lopez, Ralph Aguirre III (Trey), and baby Rene J. Aguirre (RJ), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frank was a 1965 graduate of Mary Carroll High School then began his career using his talents as a plumber, pipe fitter, and Auto-CAD designer. Spending most of his career in supervisory roles educating and training new journeymen in the field and traveling all over the world for his job, traveling to places like Switzerland and Italy. Frank was an active member of the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union #185, which later became Local #68.
The Rosary will be held on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial, 3442 Holly Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415 at 7:00pm (visitation 4:00-7:00pm)
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2509 Nogales St. Corpus Christi, Texas, 78416 at 10:00am
Burial will follow the mass with a procession to Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery at 2731 Comanche, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408
