Emma S. Blanco

Emma S. Blanco passed away on April 5, 2023 at 69 years old. She was born on August 29, 1953 in Corpus Christi, TX. Emma lived in Corpus Christi her entire life. She loved her pets with all of her heart. She enjoyed listening to George Jones the country singer and liked watching Wheel of Fortune. Emma had one true hobby and that was spending time with the love of her life, Juan Blanco, her husband for almost 50 years.

Emma is preceded in death by her husband, Juan R. Blanco; her father, Juan Salazar and her mother, Alicia Delapass.

Emma is survived by her son, Joe Salazar (Angel); 2 brothers, Guadelupe Salazar (Viola) and Ruben Salazar (Carmen); 2 sisters, Adelita Lopez and Concepcion Gonzalez along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Special Thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Doctors Regional Medical Center. Thank you to everyone who took care of Emma at one time or another.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405, followed by a Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM.
