Diana Guerrero Sanchez

Diana "Di", beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, drew her final breath on this planet after her second courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, thus ascending to a higher realm to be in the presence of our Lord and Savior.

Diana was a loving and caring, warm-hearted and direct woman who said it like it was. She was a lover of nature’s beauty from the vastness of our bay front to the awesomeness of the Sequoias. She loved hiking, singing, dancing and watching TV. GH was her fave but she liked squatchin and paranormal programming, listening to all types of music and loved cooking for her family. She was a DC4Ler and an even more Houston Astros fanatic.

Di is preceded to glory by parents, Charles M. and Delia A. Guerrero Jr.; in law’s, Ramiro B. and Petra Sanchez; sister, Kathy Guerrero; brothers in law, Richard Quiñonez, Ramiro Sanchez Jr, Pedro Garcia Jr and Felix Felan.

Left on Earth to honor her memory is her adoring husband and soulmate, Genaro "Bob" Sanchez; her loving, “my 4 boys" she called them, Rudy (Bo) and Randy Castillo, Genaro (Jerry) and Nicholas Rey Sanchez; grand-baby, Bruce Flee (pookie san) Sanchez; sisters, Debbie Dee Alvarado (Louis), Clara Sharlyn (Cawa) Garcia, Cynthia Katherine "Cindy" Puebla (David), Samantha Ford (John) and Vanessa Avila (Richard); brothers, Charles M III "Chuck" Guerrero (Rosa) and Anthony "Guero" Guerrero (Linda); aunts, Clara Castillo and Margaret Hinojosa; a plethora of cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family members aka Sanchez clan and dear friends.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel-Everhart, 4901 Everhart Rd., on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Services will conclude that evening.
