Armando Vallejo Vasquez

Armando Vallejo Vasquez, age 88, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022. Armando was born January 30, 1934 in Carrizo, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Raymundo Vallejo and Apolonia Vasquez.

He worked for the United States Department of Agriculture as a Meat Inspector.

Armando is preceded in death by his mother Apolonia Vasquez, brother Raymond Vallejo, grandchildren Victor and Isabella Licon.

Armando is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gloria Vasquez; children, Victor (Annie) Licon and Veronica (Art) Cantu; Grandchildren: Justin Licon, Allison Cantu, and Aiden Cantu; Nephew Raymond (Laura) Vallejo; brother-in-law James (Brenda) Villarreal; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

A holy rosary for Armando will be held Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Ss Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 3210 S Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415, followed by a funeral mass at 10:30 AM.

Armando is entrusted to Funeraria Del Angel-Everhart, 4901 Everhart Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78411.
