Alfredo retired from TXI, where he was a machine Operator for many years. He loved hunting and fishing and would go every chance he could get. He also enjoyed watching soccer and baseball games on TV, but especially spending time with his family.
Alfredo was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Olivia Ramirez; son, Alfredo Ramirez, Jr; brothers, Manuel Ramirez, Jr, and Salvador Ramirez; and sister, Maria de Carman Ramirez Vasquez.
He is survived by his loving wife of sixty years, Delia Agado Ramirez; sons, Ruben (Mari) Ramirez, Juan Ramirez, and Mario (Odelia) Ramirez; grandchildren, Vanessa Ramirez, Manuel Ramirez, Raul Ramirez, Jackie Ramirez, Juan Ramirez, Jr, Paulina Rapalo, Marvin Richards, Nicolas and Sophia Rapalo; great-grandchildren, Isabella Rapalo, MJ Richard, Nicolas, James, and Mathew Rapalo.
A public visitation for Alfredo will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415, with a holy rosary at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
