He is survived by his mother, Lanette Franklin; his wife, Shelly Franklin; three children who were the light and love of his life, son, Hunter Franklin and daughters, Layla and Kiaria Franklin; three brothers, Jeff (Annette) Franklin, Mark (Allison) Franklin and Chris (Kris) Franklin; One Sister, Beth (Dave) Allen; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Adam was a plumbing superintendent for Gentry Company. He played bass and lead guitar for “Flesh Wound”, “R.P.G.” and “Skull Kraker” rock and roll bands and also wrote lyrics and music.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 1, 2013 at Cage-Mills Funeral Directors with the Funeral service to begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Duncan Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the NJROTC at Flour Bluff Schools in honor of Mr. Franklin and Adam Franklin.
