Our condolences to Sara, Jackie, Michelle and the rest of the Pulwer family on the loss of Eddie. Our families were very close growing up in Miami  Hanging together every Sunday  at Crandon Park, and watching Eddie and my brother Nathan  play brings back such fond memories.We were lucky to have spent time together several years ago in Palm Springs reminiscing our childhood. Our sincerest condolences to Sara and the family. Our time spent with Ed was too short! It was a joy to bask in his wisdom during lively dinners discussing the world’s problems. We will miss him dearly.

Ed was the leader who came up through the ranks. He had such a positive influence on me when we met up at SensorMedics in the 80’s. We traveled together so many time that I could tell stories all day. Sarah you were his drive! Although I don’t think Ed needed too much he was a warrior. God bless you we will miss Ed…..Pablo

We are so sorry to hear about Ed’s passing. Although the time we spent with him was limited, he always impressed us as being a kind man, who was  dedicated  to his family, who he loved dearly. We know he will be missed by all those who loved him.

Eddie was the ultimate salesman and business leader. He loved and lived sales and business and was extremely good at both because of his love and focus on them that was unparalleled. Edward "Ed" Pulwer, born on January 14, 1947, in Germany, passed away peacefully among family on October 10, 2024, in California. 

A devoted family man, Ed was married to his beloved wife, Sara. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, Jacquie and Michelle. Ed cherished family gatherings and was known for his unwavering support and kindness, leaving a lasting legacy of love. He is survived by his wife, Sara; daughters, Jacquie and Michelle; sister, Shirley; grandchildren, Maxine, Morgan, and Ian; and sons-in-laws, Michael and Scott.

Professionally, Ed made significant contributions to the healthcare industry, holding influential roles at esteemed organizations such as Viasys Healthcare, Cardinal Health, and Sechrist Industries. He served as President and CEO of Sechrist, where his leadership was pivotal in advancing medical technology, particularly in hyperbaric therapy and respiratory care. Ed's expertise and vision helped drive strategic growth and innovation, leaving a lasting impact on the healthcare sector.

As we remember Ed, we celebrate a remarkable man whose life was characterized by love, leadership, and a passion for making a difference. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy will continue through his family and the countless lives he influenced throughout his career.
