Cheryl Ann Griffin passed away on December 12, 2021. She leaves behind countless dear friends, including many that had become family. Born in Richmond, California, the daughter of Walter C. Griffin and Marjorie Burrow, she was an only child that loved making her parents proud. Cheryl was such a social butterfly, she not only knew everyone, but she took the time to know their family members and what was important to them. So many people felt special to her, because of the effort she took to learn about them. She spent a good deal of time in California, Colorado and Texas, throughout her long, 37 year career at Continental Airlines. After retiring, she enjoyed gardening, visiting with so many friends, going out to eat, shopping and spoiling grandbabies. “Grammy” loved with all her heart and meant so much to Adalyn, Weldon, Tilly, Cyrus, Cassius, Copper, Dakota and Cali. Anyone who knows Cheryl, can’t forget to mention her home away from home, of Maui! We love her so much and will miss her deeply. We hope you are on a beach, with a Cosmo, watching the sunset. xoxo
