I was deeply saddened to hear the loss of your beloved brother, you are in my thoughts and prayers as we go through these troubling times.

My deepest condolences to the Kaddie family. Bill was a great friend. He got me through many tough shifts at the mill with his weird sense of humour. He was one of the good ones. RIP my friend.

I'm so saddened to hear this news.  My condolences to the family.  Rest in Peace Billy.

We are shocked and absolutely devastated by Billy's sudden passing. Billy wasn't just a resident to us at MP III. He was a friend. He was always positive. He had a wonderful sense of humour and calm nature. His gentle and soothing manner and voice put everyone at ease.

Billy was generous and kind to anyone who walked through the door. He was easy to talk to, always eager to discuss any topic under the sun. Many of us had so many wonderful conversations with him that we will remember fondly. 

We feel lost without him. His presence is dearly missed.  Goodbye our dear Billy. We love you.

Went to school with Bill and later on he lived in the same apartment building as my dad. Bill would quite often keep my dad company or help him out. We always appreciated that!!

My sympathies to the family. I worked with Bill at Bell during the 70's, always pleasant to talk to and work with. 

Billy's been a dear friend for the last 4 yrs at the home. I was Ma to his Pa. He nicknamed me Penny Hill when he'd see my little smirk, Benny Hill's daughter. 
We discussed movies, actors, music, artists, life in general.
He will be so missed, always remembered & loved.
He loved getting his kisses on the cheek. We laughed a lot. Miss you Pa.

Growing up with my nephew Billy, we had many good times. We lived next door to each other, making hanging out something we did often.
Bill, loved playing and watching his hockey. He also loved listening to Neil Diamond. I remember many nights after school being at my brother's with Bill, sitting on the living room floor listening to Neil Diamond. 
Bill was  a happy, intelligent, ambitious and caring young man. H e was loved and respected by many that knew him.
