BRISEBOIS, Thérèse Lucille – at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center on Sunday October 23, 2022 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Jean Paul Brisebois. Cherished mother of Muriel Derochie (Ronald), Linda Poirier (Jean Louis) and Michel Brisebois (Kim) all of Cornwall. Predeceased by her daughter Helene Coleman (late Ernie) and her son Denis Brisebois (Marlene). Loving "Toots" of Carrie-Ann Coleman, Brant Durocher, Corey Derochie (Kathy), Daniel Derochie (Rebecca) Christine Fontaine (Chris), Pascale Poirier-King (Mike), Danik Poirier (Marieve), Colin Poirier (Karen), Alexie Brisebois, Maxim Brisebois, Wyatt Pilon and the late Garett Pilon and great grandmother to Kyle, Taylin, Cole Coleman, Emma, Rory, Duncan, Piper Derochie, Sean, Jack, the late Evan Fontaine, Felixe, Ramzi, Kael King, Ezekiel, Charlotte, Macey Poirier and Silas Brisebois. Survived by her brother Yvon Leblanc (Florence) of Chateauguay and her sister in laws Madeleine Leblanc (the late Edgar) of Marionville and Eileen Brisebois (the late Raymond) of Cornwall. Predeceased by her parents Philippe and Aurore (Menard) Leblanc, her sisters Viola Viau (the late Léo), Laurette, her brothers Gerard (the late Claudette), Rhéal, Fernand (the late Thérèse), Marcel (the late Normande), Léo and bébé Yvon. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many friends, cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Thérèse was a dedicated volunteer and devout member of many organizations, Filles d"Isabelle, St. Martyrs Canadiens, Tiers Ordre Franciscain, Cénacle de Marie, Adorateurs de la Sainte Face and Groupe du rosaire de la Nativité BVM. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home East Branch 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday October 28, 2022 and at St. Peter’s Church on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 9:50 a.m. Live stream or replay on demand is available at ( https://funeraweb.tv/diffusions/63027 ).
