Roxanne Murphy

MURPHY, Roxanne – Passed away Tuesday November 7, 2023, at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital at the age of 70 years.

Loving mother of Robert (Bianca) and Daniel (Courtney). Cherished grandmother of Alicia (Elliot), Nathaniel, Emily, Nathalie, Sophie, Bellamy, Alistair, and Kyland. Loving great-grandmother of Everett, Oliver, Wade, and Lexi. Roxanne will be missed by her nephew Jason Koelmans (Stephanie).

Predeceased by her parents Henry Martin and Germaine Morin, and her sister Linda (Normand) Vaillancourt.

Friends and family may pay their respects at M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street, Cornwall Ontario (613) 938-1039, across from City Hall, on Tuesday November 21, 2023 from 9 am – 1 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 434 Second Street West, Cornwall, Ontario on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 1:30 pm.

In keeping with Roxanne’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Roxanne will rest peacefully alongside her parents at Nativity Parish Cemetery, Cornwall Ontario. Burial will take place at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation, where she worked her entire career as a lab technician.
