VIAU, Roger Omer Joseph – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Sunday August 18, 2013. He was 78. He leaves his loving wife of 56 years, Agathe (Gratton) Viau. Dear father of Marcel (Diane) and Marc (Tammy) and the late Daniel Viau. Sadly missed by 5 grandchildren, France, Josée, Daniel, Mathieu and Chloé. Survived by 2 brothers, Philippe (Eva) and Maurice Viau (Armance) and one sister, Fernande Silmser. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Yvonne (Levesque) Viau, 5 brothers, Eugene, Léo, René, Raymond and John and 2 sisters, Claire and Flora. Friends are requested to assemble at Église catholique St-Felix-de-Valois Catholic Church on Thursday August 29, 2013 for funeral mass at 11am. Rite of Committal, St. Alphonse Parish Cemetery, Hawkesbury, at a later date.
