Beloved husband of the late Lillian Carter (Roy) and his loving companion Yvonne Laroche. Cherished father of Gary Carter (Monica), and Janet Williamson. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Meghan (Billy), Eric (Cindy) and Jamie (Felicia) and his great grandchildren Griffin, Ramsey, Memphis, Sakura, Trinity, Cassandra Lillian and Dawson. Survived by his brothers and sister, Bill Carter (late Edyth), Dave Carter, and Joan Costella (late Alain). Son of the late Thomas Carter and the late Helen Burke. Predeceased by his brothers Jim, Nick, Thomas, Jack and Ted Carter and his sister Peg Carter.
