LEVESQUE, Richard "Rick" Guy – Peacefully with his family by his side at the Bruyere Centre, Ottawa on Monday May 30, 2016, He was 47. He leaves his loving wife of 21 years, Sylvie (Ouellet) Levesque. Loving father of Chloe. Dear son of Henri and Thérèse (Tremblay) Levesque. Survived by one sister, Chantal Sullivan (Joey). Special uncle of Lukas and Bradley Sullivan and Cedric and Dorian Ouellet. Dear son-in-law of Marcel and Solange Ouellet. Also survived by sister-in-law, Nancy Ouellet, brother-in-law Gerald Ouellet (Valerie), many uncles, aunts and cousins. Friends are requested to assemble at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, Moose Creek, on Tuesday June 7, 2016 for funeral mass at 11am. Rite of Committal Sainte-Euphémie Cemetery, Casselman, at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Centre Elizabeth Bruyere, 43 Bruyere Street, Ottawa, ON would be appreciated by the family.
