CHARLEBOIS, Marie Anne – Peacefully, at Portobello Manor in Orléans on Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Marie Anne (née Bourgon) formally of Cornwall; age 100 years. Born September 5, 1912 to Élise (Charlebois) and Samuel Bourgon in North Lancaster. Beloved wife of the late Hercule Charlebois (1965). Loving mother of Denyse Charlebois (Alan Guberman) and cherished Grand-maman of Jean-Luc Marion (Adrienne Jarabek), Nicolas Marion and Alain Marion (Jessica). Dear sister of Marie Ferland, Agathe Rozon, Laurentine Rozon, Robert, Marcel (Gloria Cameron), Jeannine Payette (Roger), Rhéal, Bruno (Jeannine Savard) and Urbain. Predeceased by her sisters Mariette, Élizabeth, Dora and her brothers William, Henri, Adrien and Achille and many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Anne was a hard worker and a generous person who loved to relax with her knitting. She doted on her grandsons and their wives. She loved cars and drove until she was 95. She shared a love of hockey with her grandsons and son-in-law Alan. Many thanks to the wonderful, compassionate and caring staff at Potobello Manor, especially the second floor unit. A Funeral Mass will be held on July 13, 2013 at 10 A.M. in St.-Félix-de-Valois Church, 620 Glengarry Blvd. Cornwall, Ontario. Interment, Nativity Cemetery.
