Loving wife of the late Frank Desrosiers and the late Peter DaCosta and previously to the late Bruno Fillion.
She will be dearly missed by her sisters Pauline McPhee (late John) and Gloria Ferreira (late Raul) and by her brother René Thauvette (Violet) and by her stepsister Diane Villemaire (Maurice).
Lucille was the most treasure godmother to Ricky, Danny and Curtis.
Cherished aunt of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews as well as her friends and extended family members.
Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Doreen (née Despatie) Thauvette along with her brothers Roger (late Betty), Raymond and Romeo.
The family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home, West Branch (613-932-8482) on Thursday, October 10, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
A Memorial Service will be in the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Callistus Ibe officiating. Inurnment to follow at Notre dame Cemetery.
Memorial Donations to the CHEO (Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario), would be appreciated by the family.
