Joyce Alice (Ruffo) Dufresne

RUFFO DUFRESNE, Joyce Mary Alice (Bonhomme) – On Sunday March 23, 2014 at age 72. Beloved and cherished “Mom” of Angie Ruffo Stokes. Very special and loving "Grandma" of her only granddaughter Lindsay Delina Stokes. Dear sister of Linda Gauthier, Sharon Lobb (Ron), Richard Lapierre and Mike Tessier (Sandy). Joyce will also be missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Rita (Depratto) Lapierre and adopted parents Donald and Emma Bonhomme. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Saturday from 9-10:30 am. Funeral Mass Saturday March 29, 2014 at St. Columban’s Catholic Church at 11 am followed by cremation. Because of Joyce’s lifelong passion and love for cats, memorial donations to the OSPCA (Humane Society) to help cats in the community that may require assistance would be greatly appreciated by the family.
