TRAYNOR, John –Peacefully at home with his family by his side, on Friday April 10, 2015. He was 85. He leaves his loving wife of 47 years, Elisabeth (Campbell) Traynor. Dear father of Susan Traynor (Christian Hicks) and Christine Nadeau (Francois). Sadly missed by 4 grandchildren, Abby and Mason Klar and Quentin and Joachim Nadeau. Loving brother of Jim Traynor (Cathie). Cherished uncle of Margaret Traynor (Monty) and their son Sebastian and many nieces and nephews in Scotland. John will also be missed by his friends at Air Canada that he made during his 25 year career. Predeceased by his parents, James and Susan (Robinson) Traynor. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm and Wednesday from 9:30 – 10:30am. Funeral Mass Wednesday April 15, 2015 at Blessed Sacrament Church at 11am. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Cancer Center at the Ottawa General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
