BESNER, Evelyn (Primeau) – Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday January 16, 2014. She was 85. She leaves her loving husband of 65 years, Paul Besner. Loving mother of Suzanne Bazinet (Bob), Doreen Peace (Jim), and Janice (Bill Sobering) Her chocolate chip cookies and her special care packages will be sadly missed by all of her grandchildren. Cherished nanny of Richard (Lucy), Audrey (Tanner), Adam, Billy (Charlene), Darryl (Renée), Kristian and Leone. Cherished great-grandma of Madison, Nora, Liam and Logan. Predeceased by one son Robert “Bob” Besner (late Suzette) and one grand daughter Charlene Sobering. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Monday from 9:30-10:45 am. Funeral Liturgy Monday January 20, 2014 in the chapel of the funeral home at 11am.
