He is survived by his parents Scott and Peggy Armstrong and his brother Matthew Armstrong & sister-in-law Lisa Slivinski Armstrong, of Coral Springs Florida, his fiancée Allison Marx of Lauderhill, and a large extended family
He was born on March 31, 1987 in Atlanta Georgia. He graduated from Taravella High school in Coral Springs Florida and attended the University of Central Florida. He was employed by Targa Development where he was the lead technician for 7 years.
Michael enjoyed playing the guitar, shooting pool, and he was an avid gamer. But most of all he loved his friends and family more than anything. Michael was very outgoing and it can be said he never met a stranger. Always the life of the party, he was also very tender hearted and compassionate and always tried to include anyone he thought needed a friend.
He was passionate about animal rescue, especially cats, and had 2 rescues of his own.
A memorial celebration of his life will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home at 1655 N. University Drive in Coral Springs on Sunday July 25 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Michael’s life. There will be a luncheon following the service at the Marriott Hotel at 11775 Heron Bay Blvd, Coral Springs.
