Travis Melton Campbell

Travis was born April 15, 1964 in Corpus Christi, TX to Travis Melton Campbell Sr. and Linda Lytle Campbell. He spent most of his life working as a long haul truck driver. Many of those were spent driving for Swift Transportation and even became a driver trainer.

He loves any excuse to barbecue, listening and singing old country music, dancing, playing pool and getting together with family and friends. He will always be remembered for his constant jokes and stories, as well as his infectious smile. All he ever wanted anywhere he went was to make people laugh. He was that big burly man with a soft teddy bear heart.

Travis was preceded in death by his father Travis Campbell St and step father Robert Curtis Myrick.

He is survived by his mother Linda Myrick, stepmother Sandra Campbell. His children; Melissa & Tim Baker, Travis & Melodie Campbell III, Amber & Jeffery Newton. Grandchildren; Isaac Miller, Ian Campbell, Christopher Campbell. Siblings; Curtis & Krista Myrick, Suzanne & Brett Banfield, Brian Campbell, Jason & Tiffany Campbell. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial gathering/lunch is being held October 5, 2019 at 4pm Spring Suites-Meeting Room 2960 Hope Trail, Round Rock, TX.

A celebration of life and spreading of Ashes will be held at a later date.
