Mary and family,

John and I are very sorry to hear about Denny’s passing.  We hope the days ahead are getting easier knowing he is at peace.  The tribute movie is beautiful.  It captured many special memories you will keep close to your heart.  Take care.  We will continue to keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.  

I have only known the Furey's for about 3 years.  I met them the day I moved in, and I have proudly called them friends ever since.  They are the best kind of friends to have.  Dennis's love for his family was apparent to anyone who knew him.  He touched many lives with his kindness and thoughtfulness. He is deeply missed by all.  May his family, loved ones, and friends find comfort in the memories.

My condolences to Mary and the Furey family.  I'm saddened by your loss. I found Denny to be humorous and a very kind soul.  No one was a stranger to him. He will be missed. 🙏

I am so sad and sorry for the loss of Denny. He was a good brother who taught me a lot. When i was a little kid I thought the sun rose and set over Denny. I would watch him swim and snorkel  for hours at the camp. He could hold his breath for 3 minutes! I watched him play football at the Rec and Kaydeross. He taught me how to drive in Nannys yard when I was 7 or 8! Then he taught me how to fix 
 boilers and air conditioners when we worked together. I loved hanging out at your apartment on Caroline St or at White St with you guys when I was a kid. I got to break all the rules and had a ball with you guys and Rod and Meg and Dirt and the rest of the Spa City Rowdys. Then visits back home after I moved away, staying at your house or getting a visit in Ct. from you guys. My heart is broken Mary.  I wish you and Collen and all the rest of the family Love and Peace. Love you Brother. 

Dear Furey Family, With sorrow as you grieve the loss of Denny. Over the years we met infrequently, mostly at Waring/Furey wakes in Saratoga. Despite the passing of years and aunts and uncles, we treasured being family. Mourning the death of my beloved cousin Denny.  Prayers for Mary and all of his loved ones.

We are sorry to hear of your loss. Many good memories of Denny, from his football days @ SPA, our White Street neighborhood, plumbing skills, Furey Oil deliveries to my parents, yet especially his friendship. Another good man that will be missed. Kindly accept our prayers and thoughts to Mary and all the Furey family as he leaves a great legacy in the good he brought to many. He deserves to be at peace -
