Preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Marion Lehn.
Survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Janet Lehn; daughter, Lori Jones; son, Brian Lehn; granddaughter, Summer; siblings, Richard (Ruth) Lehn, Judy Thiele, David (Sue) Lehn, Allen (Chris) Lehn and Carol Addison; sister-in-law, Karen Jost. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Michael learned from a young age the importance of family and working with one another. This continued when his father became ill and he and his siblings along with their mother kept the family farm running. Michael graduated from St. John’s University; and shortly after he met the love of his life Janet. Together they raised their two children. Michael received three special achievement awards during his career at the USPS. Michael was a member of the St. Stephens Catholic Church. He was also a 40 year member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed playing 500, Cribbage and Bridge. Above all the proudest moments in his life were becoming a husband, father and grandfather.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am Monday, Jan. 9, 2023
at St. Stephens Catholic Church (525 Jackson St., Anoka)
Visitation will be 3-6 pm Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023
at Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd. NW., Coon Rapids) with a Rosary service at 5:30 pm. Visitation will continue from 10 am until the time of Mass on Monday at church.
Interment Calvary Cemetery.
