Jeffrey "Jeff" Wayne Perkins

Age 61, of Champlin

Passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024 surrounded by his family after a courageous and hard fought 12 year battle against cancer.

Preceded in death by his mother, Gail Perkins; grandmother, Evelyn “Nanny” L'Amie;

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 30 years, Cindi Perkins; daughters, LaChele (Jamie) Roberson, Jena Revering; son, Ben (Courtney) Revering; grandchildren, Zachery, Nicholas, Madison, Joseph, Adaline; father, Wayne (Leslie) Perkins; siblings, Jon (MaryBeth) Perkins, Jim (Jesse) Perkins. Jeff will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jeff was an avid fisherman and enjoyed golfing and hunting. Above all, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren was his greatest joy in life.

Funeral Service 12noon Friday, May 10, 2024 at Gearhart Funeral Home (11275 Foley Blvd., NW., Coon Rapids) Visitation 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
