Elmer Marcellus Kloepper

Age 84 of Coon Rapids passed away June 3, 2015 at

Minneapolis Veteran's Home.

He was supported by his loving family.

Elmer was preceded in death by Brothers, John (Jack); Edward; Sister, Ramona, and Sons, Rick and Terry.

He is survived by his Wife of 63 years, Lorna; Children, Candy (Rich) Weispfenning, Vicky Phillips, Randy (Janet); 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren.

Elmer was a fun loving Husband, Dad, and Grandpa. He was a Korean Army Veteran of the 78th AAA Gun Battalion and a Millwright of Union 548.
