Denise Ann Slack passed away on July 15, 2022, she was born October 25, 1962 in Little Rock, AR. She was predeceased by her mother Juanita Slack, her father Albert L. Slack and brothers, Richard Slack & Leonard Slack. She is survived by three nephews and many dear friends.
Denise enjoyed making arts and crafts. She loved to play games. Her favorite TV show was Chips. She loved helping with Vacation Bible School and she was a member of the Stony Point Baptist Church in Houston, AR
A visitation for family and friends for Denise will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 from 9 AM to 10 AM at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander, Arkansas 72002, where funeral services will follow at 10 AM. Committal services will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 10201 Highway 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas.
