Julia Mae Crittenden, 62, passed away April 10, 2014 in Channelview, Texas. Julia was born on December 8, 1951, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Leon and Naomi Harrison Low. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was a devoted member of the Faith Deliverance Church and served in the outreach ministry in Fulton, Mississippi. Julia is survived by daughters, Sandra Spence, Jodie Browning and husband Dean; son, Donald Crittenden and wife Melissa; grandchildren, Matthew Cowan, Kimberly Cowan, Clayton Thompson, Taylor Crittenden, Ashley Thompson, Wesley Thompson, and Hope Browning; great-grandchildren, Seth Johnson, Cheyenne Johnson and Jayden Johnson; sister, Lois Bray and husband Larry; brothers, Larry Low and wife Sandra, John Low; numerous other relatives and a host of friends also survive. Graveside service will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014, in Garden Park Cemetery, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303 at 10:00 a.m. with Sam Alford officiating.
