Jimmie Keith Green of Willis, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2021.
He was born on July 23, 1948 in Falfurrias, Texas to parents James Theron Green and Betty Ann Green.
Jimmie served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1974 during the Vietnam War. In 1981 he started a career in Law Enforcement, retiring as Police Chief of Panorama Village in 2015. Jimmie was a member of The VFW Hall in Willis and enjoyed numerous hobbies especially boating and riding motorcycles. He had numerous friends and was known to be a good hearted man. Jimmie said he lived his life to the fullest and had no regrets.
Jimmie is survived by his daughter Krystal Williams of Willis. His sons Raymond “Bubba” Lewis and wife April of Willis. Kenny Lewis of Atascocita. His grandchildren Michael Yates and Nico Yates of Cleveland. Marcus Caddie and Julian Caddie of Spring and Dominik Lewis of Willis. His brother Kurtiss Green and wife Linda of Willis. Jimmie is proceeded in death by his loving parents James Theron and Betty Ann Green and his sisters Kathyrn Ann Myers and Karla Elaine Carter.
