Emily Sue Bolt Buckner of Montgomery, Texas passed away April 1, 2016. She was born December 1, 1942 in Chattanooga Tennessee to Robert and Margaret Tate.
She graduated from Red Bank High school in Red Bank TN. married her high school sweet heart James Bolt Jr. Her proudest family moments were seeing both her children graduate college.
Emily loved golf, tennis, yoga and scrap booking she was involved with the Ladies Walden Golf Association, and she was always on the move.
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Margaret Tate; first husband: James Bolt Jr.; second husband Charles Buckner.
She is survived by her daughter: Susan Cox and husband Michael; son: James Bolt III; grandchildren: Tate Cox and Allie Cox and numerous other relatives and friends, she will missed by all who knew her.
Memorial Services for Emily will be held on Saturday April 16, 2016 at 10 am in Metcalf Funeral Directors Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Lung Association.
