Christopher Lee Hickman, 28, beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, and grandson, passed away at 11:39pm on September 25th, 2012. He was involved in an auto accident while on the way to visit a friend along Little Egypt Road going toward FM 830. Christopher was born in Houston Tx. He went to school there until he moved to Votaw, Tx where he attended middle school at West Hardin Jr. High and later West Hardin High School. Christopher was involved in Little League Baseball, school Football and Basketball growing up and was very active academically. He received his GED and moved to Conroe, Tx with his family when he was 17. There he worked various jobs acquiring on the job skills that would later let him become a Journeyman in the electrician field in which he was so proud of. Christopher had a larger heart that anyone could have imagined. Ever since he was young, he put others before himself and could empathize at a level far beyond his age. He lived his life by his heart and only wanted to please those whom he loved. Christopher is survived by his Mother, Lee Ann Munson and Step-Father Jimm Munson, Father: Ronald Dee Hickman and Step-Mother Jackie Hickman, Brothers; John, Ronald Jr., Brandon, and Lucas Hickman, Grandparents; Winfred and Carol House and Oscar and Dorothy Hickman, Cousins; Samuel and Stephen Strubelt, Cherish Adamson, and Sarah and Paul Baxter, Aunts; Angie Strubelt and Suzanne Baxter, Uncles; Robert Baxter, Max Strubelt, and Donald and Melvin Hickman. All of Christopher's family and friends will be gathering at Cashner Funeral Home on September 30th from 3pm to 8pm for an open casket viewing and his funeral will be held the following Monday at 12:30pm at Garden Park Cemetery directly beside Cashner Funeral Home which will be his final resting place.
