In his early years, he worked as a carpenter building custom homes for his family's business, Parker Construction, for roughly 20 years. After he left the family business, he joined Miken Specialties as a Safety Director in the PetroChemical Industry. He worked there for approximately 20 years before retiring in 2008. During his time with Miken, he made several life-long friendships that he cherished.
If you knew Bobby, you knew how much he enjoyed being with his family, fishing and hunting. He spent many days and nights fishing on Lake Conroe with the family whether in his boat or on the bank. There were many days that he would leave the house early enough in the morning before work to allow a few minutes to pull over and cast a lure. In his later years, he spent a lot of time camping and hosting at various Texas campgrounds where he developed many good friendships. He also developed a love of cruising and got to visit many places while doing so. He enjoyed working outside in his garage building birdhouses and other little trinkets for family, friends, and anyone else who took an interest in his wood work. We know in our hearts he was greeted by Toby, Keke, Coco and Emmi Lou🐾
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, James Arthur and Mary Ella Moore and his brother, James Moore.
