Jerry Milton Huffman Sr.

Born April 28, 1940, he was the son of the late Fred Huffman and Annie May Hildebran Huffman. He worked in the automotive and electrical industry.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Frances Wilfong Huffman, of the home; sons, Ronald R. Green and wife, Maxine, Jerry “Mel” Huffman Jr. and wife, Marie; daughters, Kimberly Huffman Sherrill and husband, Miguel, Christina Huffman Lail and husband, Terry; brother, Fred Michael Huffman; sister, Joye Huffman Foster and husband, Ronnie; grandchildren, Christian Sherrill Maynard, Christopher Green, Daniel Sherrill, Shaina Green Castillo, Jacob Lail, Caroline Huffman, Benjamin Huffman; great-grandchildren, Isaac Maynard, Leah Maynard, Gian Carlo Castillo, and Emmanuel Castillo; and his beloved dog, Schatzi.

A Service of Remembrance will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Conover with Rev.Freddy Lindsey officiating.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Drum Funeral Home.
