Elizabeth “Lib” Ann Hubbard, age 94, of Newton, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Abernethy Laurels. Lib was born on September 8, 1927 to the late Arthur Lewis Burcham and Semora Love Burcham.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Banks Jr. and sisters Eunice Austin, Ruby Clark, and Josephine Davis.
Those left to cherish her memory are many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Friendship United Methodist Church-Newton with Reverend Dr. Rick Auten officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am-10:45 am prior to the service at Friendship United Methodist Church.
