Delma Lee Steele

Delma Lee Steele, age 88, of Connersville, Indiana, died Tuesday, June 27 2023, at Majestic Care in Connersville. Delma was born April 4, 1935, to Jiles and Manervie Harrison in McKee, Kentucky. She was a faithful member of Full Gospel Holiness Church. Delma was a loving wife and mother. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Delma was preceded in death by her husband, Jedia Hershel Steele; daughter, Lorretta Steele; siblings, Vinson, Charles, Clias, Alpha Ree, Zelma, Vola, Zola, Odis and Jiles. Visitation for Delma Lee Steele will be 12:00 – 2:00p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, 920 Central Avenue, Connersville, Indiana. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Wendel Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery.
