He is survived by his two daughters Keriann and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by his mother Maureen,
sisters Patti LeLoup, Maureen & Donald Farley and brother Tom & Loraine LeLoup, his Uncle John Sullivan and his Aunt Donna Sullivan along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his father Joseph Charles LeLoup, Uncle Terence Sullivan, Timothy & Carol Sullivan, his Aunt Julia Sullivan, cousin TJ Sullivan, grandparents Margaret and John Sullivan and Emily & Joseph LeLoup.
Joe worked for MM&L Service for many years as a heating and plumbing specialist in Rockland County. His family cherished the time spent with him this last year and he will forever be in our thoughts, our hearts and in the tears of those he left behind.
Viewing will be held Sunday 11/17 from 4-7pm at Michael J Higgins, Congers NY. A funeral mass will be held Monday 11/18/24 at Saint Paul’s in Congers, NY @ 10 am
In lieu of flowers the family request a donation to St Paul’s Church in honor of Joe.
