Sally was born in Concord, New Hampshire on December 30, 1955, the daughter of the late Harold and Doris (Perry) Belval. She grew up and lived in Concord her whole life.
She met her loving husband, Bob and after being married on June 7, 1980, shared 37 years of marriage together raising their two daughters.
She received her BA and MBA from Franklin Pierce College, and worked for Concord Hospital for 30 years in various job roles, most recently within their information technology department as a systems analyst. A hard worker, she excelled both as an employee and as a friend amongst her coworkers.
Her passion in life was her family, and she was most proud of her role as a mother and more recently, a grandmother. She loved to support her two children through all of their sports, academics, and extracurricular activities. Through this support, Sally was a board member of the Concord American Softball League and took an active role in her community. She spent many nights at local softball fields cheering on her children, and continued to support the league even after her children no longer played the game.
Her love for gardening lead her to the Bow Garden Club where she spent many hours with friends, bonding over her love of flowers and plants. When not in the garden, Sally loved to craft, creating beautiful wool braided rugs that could be found throughout her home and in the homes of friends and family. Sally also loved to watch the Red Sox and the Patriots with her husband, children, and family.
Sally is survived by her loving husband, Robert Crosby, of Concord; two sisters, Kay Walsh of Concord, Cindy Robinson and husband, Curt of Bow; daughters, Sara Crosby of Branford, Connecticut and Shana Berube and husband, Christopher John of Minot, North Dakota; niece, Kim Sherman and husband, Jim of Pembroke; nephews: John Robinson, Joshua Robinson and Keegan Robinson; great-nephews: Jacob Sherman and Cody Sherman and grandchildren, Jackson and Lyla Berube.
Visiting hours will be from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 6 at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main St., Concord. A celebration of her life will be held at 11am on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at Bennett Funeral Home followed by a committal service at Blossom Hill Cemetery.
