Patricia Goodwin

Patricia Goodwin, 92, Concord, NH passed away peacefully on February 26, 2023 at Pleasant View Center. Born on August 14, 1930 in Concord, she was the cherished daughter of the late Parker Morgan and Ethel Morgan (McCrillis).

Patricia grew up in New Hampshire and Maine and graduated from Elliot High School in Elliot, Maine. She started her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield until stepping away to raise her children. Once they had grown, she went back to work part-time. Patricia was a parishioner of the Bow Mills United Methodist Church and very active member of the Bow Mills United Methodist Women, Ladies Auxiliary, Bow Young at Heart, and Happy Hookers knitting club. Patricia loved cardinals and owls, playing cribbage, spending time with her family, and spreading her kindness to all who knew her.

She is survived by her son Webb Goodwin and partner Cathy Emerson of Bow, NH; daughter Kris Nilsen and husband Rick of Franklin, NH; grandchildren Jason, Nicholas, Megan, Arika, Kelli and Aaron; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her loving husband James Goodwin of which they spent 42 wonderful years together, as well by 3 sisters, 2 brothers and 1 grandson.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N Main St, Concord, New Hampshire 03301. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Bow Mills United Methodist Church, 505 South St, Bow, New Hampshire 03304.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered in Patricia’s name to the Bow Fire and Rescue Department of Bow, NH.
