Virginia "Gini" M. Davis

Virginia “Gini” M. Davis, age 85, of Worthington died on September 20, 2011. Gini is survived by her loving daughters, Annette (James) Adams, Lynnette (John) Payne and Susan (Vince) Swinehart; grandchildren, Sarah (Carlos) Gomar, Matt Adams, Mark Adams, Jed (Diana) Payne, Greg Payne, Michael Payne, Kelly (Greg) Wehrer, Kurt (Betheny) Swinehart and Nick Swinehart; great grandchildren, Ellis and Silvia Wehrer; sister-in-law, Evelyn White; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by sister, Dorothy Shoaf and brothers, Pete and Ralph White. Gini was a charter member of All Saints Lutheran Church, where she participated in worship and bible study. She enjoyed painting in water colors, studying French and playing euchre. She also enjoyed traveling, especially going to the beach with her family. Being surrounded by her family is what Gini cherished most. Gini’s family and friends will fondly remember her sharp wit and caring nature. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High Street, Worthington, OH 43085. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 10am at All Saints Lutheran Church, 6770 N. High Street, Worthington, OH 43085, Reverend Bonnie Gerber officiating.
