Ruth Ann Palmer

Ruth Ann Palmer, age 81 of Gahanna, entered into eternal rest and peace on Friday, March 7, 2014 at New Albany Care Center. She was born on February 17, 1933 in Basil, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Robert. She is survived by her sister, Rita Sundin; son, Andrew J. (Kaylin) Palmer and their sons, Andrew, Alec and Arik; daughter, Dorinda (Dean) Harrison and their daughter Kerry (Thomas); son, Donald (Sylvia) Palmer; son, Theodore (Zeny) Palmer and their daughter, Cassandra (Bama); and son, William (Jeanne) Palmer and their daughters, Beth (Brian), Erin (Christopher), and Allison (Luke); and 11 great grandchildren. Ruth drove a school bus for Gahanna Schools for 42 years where she truly enjoyed her responsibilities. She had a great love for nature and music. Ruth will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Thursday, March 13, 2014 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday at Headley Cemetery, Clark State Rd., Jefferson Township, Ohio.
