Ralph H. Wyckoff, age 86, of Columbus, died Monday October 28, 2013 at St. Ann's Hospital. Born December 17, 1926 in Columbus to parents Samuel and Clara (nee Ryan) Wyckoff. He was a union carpenter for over 50 years and was most proud of his accomplishments in the renovation of Port Columbus International Airport and was the builder of the Ohio Village at the Ohio Historical Society. Ralph was a member of Carpenters Local #200 and a former Boy Scout Leader with Troop 50. He was a 55 year member of Neoacacia Lodge #595 F and AM, as well as Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, and Aladdin Temple Shrine. Preceded in death by brothers Walter and William; sister Imogene . Survived by son and daughter in law Gary (Susan) Wyckoff; daughter and son in law Cheryl (James) Sibert; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren; brother John (Martha) Wyckoff. Funeral service will be held 11:00am Friday November 1, 2013 at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL 5554 Karl Rd where family will receive friends from 5-8pm Thursday. Interment Fairview Memorial Park. Rev. James Freshour officiating. Masonic service will be held 7:30pm Thursday at the funeral home.
