Peggy Moore

Peggy L. (Stanley) Moore, born August 1, 1941, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 2, 2021. Preceded in death by parents Bruce and Frances Stanley, brother Ralph Stanley, and beloved husband of 60 years, Fred Moore. Survived by daughters Shelly (Bill) Jewett and Juli (David) Pratt, granddaughters Kristin (Ricky) Howbert and Randi (Ryan Stoops) Jewett, and great-grandchildren Riley and Raven Stoops. Siblings Sue Lynn, David (Cindy) Stanley, Charlie (Diane) Stanley, Kaye (Jim) Tigyer, and Mark Stanley. Many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Peggy loved Jesus with all of her heart and soul. She was faithful to her daily prayers and bible reading. She was a charter member of New Life Church Gahanna, where she loved serving as a greeter and attending the Victory Sunday School Class.

Peggy loved her family. She loved holidays, parties, and any time she got to spend with them. She loved her friends and anyone who met her would not be a stranger long.

She was the best example of a true lady and follower of Jesus. Her strength and courage were inspiring. She was a joy to anyone she was around. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family will receive visitors on Friday, April 9th, 5pm - 7 pm. Service at 7pm, with Pastors Dave Earley and Steve Benninger officiating, at New Life Church Gahanna (3690 Stygler Rd.). Graveside service will be Saturday, April 10th at 11 am, at Mifflin Cemetery (218 Agler Rd.) Arrangements have been entrusted to SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST FUNERAL HOME.
