Pauline was born on December 28, 1944 in Inez, Kentucky to the late Jasper and Bertha Blackburn. In addition to her parents, Pauline is preceded in death by her brothers, Willis, Wilburn, Homer, Steve, Roscoe, and Ernest; and her sister, Nannie.
Pauline is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Dennis Howell; her sons, Larry (Sara) Howell, Cecil (Debby) Howell, and Gary (Angie) Howell; her grandchildren, Bob (Caley), Geoffrey, Lauren, Brittany, Chad (Casey), Adam (Bree), MaKenzie (Aaron), Breann, Justin, Joseph, and Joshua (Ashley); her 16 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; her sister, Olline; and many other relatives and friends.

Family will accept friends on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Advantage by Schoedinger North, 5554 Karl Rd, Columbus, OH 43229. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 12:30pm.
Pauline will be laid to rest prior to the funeral service on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 10:00am at Franklin Hills Memory Garden, Canal Winchester, OH.
