Martha Elizabeth Walter, age 96, of Columbus died Monday, June 20, 2011. She was born on August 15, 1914 in Portsmouth, OH. Preceded in death by mother, Margaret Cordelia Harper; father, Columbus Perry Harper; husband, Clifford Walter; brothers, Darrell, Dale, and Neal Harper; sister, Eva Malone. Survived by son, John and daughter-in-law, Denise; brother, Leonard and his wife, Louisa; and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 11 am to 1 pm Friday, June 24, 2011, at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd., where a prayer service will begin at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery.
