Kenneth E. Moore

Kenneth Moore, 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 11, 2021 after a brief illness. A lifelong resident of Gahanna, Ken was retired from Prudential Insurance Company and Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools, where he was a school bus driver for 28 years. Ken was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in both the U.S. and in Germany where he met his loving wife of 51 years, Margot.

Ken loved to travel, spend time with family and friends, and loving on his several dogs over the years. In addition to wife Margot, survivors include sons Robert (Christine) Moore of Florida and Andrew Moore of North Carolina; grandchildren Christopher, Allyson, Matthias and Lina; new puppy Duchess; and several cousins; as well as extended family in Germany. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff of Fresenius Kidney Care in New Albany for their special care of Ken over the last several years.

Family will receive friends on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 10am-12pm at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E JOHNSTOWN RD, Gahanna, where a memorial service will immediately follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or your favorite pet charity in Ken's honor.
