Juanita L Griffith

Juanita L. Griffith, age 85, currently of Trenton, South Carolina, previously of Windon Ave., Gahanna, Ohio, passed away November 5, 2014. Juanita was born and raised in Portsmouth, Ohio, daughter of the late William and Georgia Sanders. Also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Griffith, son, Albert P. Griffith, and brother, Allard Sanders. Juanita was a sweet, sassy and independent woman. She was a past member of the Fairfield County Fish and Game Association who enjoyed ceramics, sewing, and attending Bluegrass shows. Most of all, Juanita loved being a grandmother and spending time with all her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her loving sons, Larry Lee (Rosie) and Michael (Linda) Griffith; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; brother, William "Bill" Sanders of Portsmouth, Ohio; and other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, November 13, 2014 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., where family will receive friends from 6-9 P.M. Wednesday.
