Frank C. Mitchell, born July 16, 1960 in Morgantown, West Virginia unexpectedly passed away on June 14, 2022. Frank was the 3rd child of the late Lauren and Nancy (Tichenor) Mitchell. He is survived by his children, Nancy and Jane. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Rory and Candance (the late Eddie Gilletly). He leaves behind his youngest brother, John (Kathleen), many nieces, nephews and friends. Frank had a few long-term careers in his life. He worked as a truck driver for a couple of companies, most notably Big Bear. He was most recently employed by The Ohio State University. Frank was a handy man, always offering to lend a hand and was knowledgeable to fix most anything put in front of him. Frank loved football, especially cheering on the Steelers and The Ohio State University. Family and friends will gather Friday, July 8, 2022 from 5-7 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204. Interment will be privately held at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, 1290 Fairmont Road, Morgantown, WV.
