Elizabeth "Beth" Moore age 89 peacefully entered Heaven on Friday, February 23, 2018. She was preceded in death by husband Edward "Ted" S. Moore; Sons, Curtis Castle, David Castle; Daughter, Linda Castle-Thomas; Granddaughter, Tonya Vance; Grandson, Larry Castle; Parents, Lindsey and Elizabeth Mullins and 14 Brothers and Sisters. Elizabeth is survived by Brother: Monroe Mullins (Rosaline), Children: Pat May-Rushin (Wally), Debby Petty, Denise Moore (Barb), Keith Moore (Linda);
Grandchildren, Teresa (Mike) Little, Tina Young, Terena (Chief) Wells, Alisa (Gary) Kennedy, Melissa (Ray) Reed, Brandy (Mark) Cain, Tammy Castle, James (Alyson) Moore, Alana Moore and Curtis Moore; 13 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews including Donna Spaulding (Mike) and extended family and friends. Elizabeth retired from the Circle Restaurant where she loved her friends and customers, she had great memories which she loved to talk about. She was a member of Central Baptist Church on Frank Road and the "Young at Heart' seniors' ministry where she enjoyed weekly luncheons and Bible studies with her dear friends. Elizabeth was known as "Grandma" to everyone, some people didn't even know her first name, she was just Grandma. Everything she did revolved around her family. She enjoyed attending the grandchildren's sports and school functions and sometimes had to go to several in one day because she was in such demand by the grandchildren. She looked forward to attending the monthly birthday parties and never missed a one even if she didn't feel well.' Holidays kept her busy with parties and shopping, she loved buying gifts for everyone she knew. Grandma was the heart of our family, a blessing from God. Her journey was not always easy, but her faith never faltered, she never stopped caring or giving. She passed down an abundance of love and devotion to her family that will last for generations to come. Grandma will forever stay in our hearts. Special appreciation to the wonderful people at Hospice and Mt. Carmel West Palliative Care for the compassionate care they gave to grandma and her family .Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Hope and Heart Funeral Home by Schoedinger,3030 W. Broad Street 43204, where funeral service will be held at 11:30 am with visitation from 10:30 - 11:30 am on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 with Pastor Tim Womack officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery, 6959 W. Broad St., Galloway, Ohio 43119. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Colony Cat Rescue or a charity of your choice.
