Charles "Chuck" Scurlock, age 78, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Chuck is survived by wife, Betty Scurlock; son, Billy (Carla) Scurlock; grandchildren, Jaden, Donovan, Vivica, and Gabriel; 4 sisters and 1 brother; and 4 sisters in law and 2 brothers in law. Chuck was proud of serving in the military police of the Army, enlisting in 1958. Family will receive friends from 11:30-1:30 pm Monday, July 30, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus, OH 43229, where a funeral service will follow immediately at 1:30 pm. Mark Dettmer celebrating. Family and friends will gather for a potluck reception at the American Legion Post #239, 700 Morning Street, Worthington, OH 43085 following the service.
