Chuck Curry, 1929-2021, died on December 5 in a manner fitting his life, during which he never wished to be a burden, leaving us after a mercifully brief setback in health. He leaves two of three daughters, Linda and Jean Ann, Dana having pre-deceased him, as well as 11 of his 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sisters Jane Maurich, Polly Baker, and June Conine.
We appreciated his sharp wit and deep wisdom. His loving relationship with Mary Ann, his wife of 52 years and 23 days, was a model of marriage. His dedication of almost sixty years to Jack Maxton Chevrolet taught us the value of contributing through work and inspired us in loyalty. His regular morning prayer, Scripture reading, and introspection testified to his inner growth and service to his Maker.
Please forgive us, our father, if we did not always recognize the irreplaceable value of your wisdom. May your soul rise continually higher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that anyone wishing to honor Chuck's memory do so with a donation to a cause meaningful to them.
Guests are respectfully asked to wear masks and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.
